For Sphera Elite, a different recipe is used with a higher PVC content and less filler. This results in a better product with lower product weight of 2700gr/m².

It will deliver very good performance for many years with its forgiving look and extremely durable and lightweight construction. Even in the most demanding environments you do not have to worry about the look and behaviour of your floor.

EASY INSTALLATION

Sphera Elite is Forbo’s first homogeneous vinyl with a higher PVC content to which several benefits are related.

Extensive installation testing by technical specialists confirm that Sphera Elite is easy to handle and install.

  • Sphera Elite is more flexible, less stiff and feels softer: easy to cut, groove, cove and weld.
  • PVC and other plastics containing filler have the characteristic to show whitening when bend, especially in darker colours. In Sphera Elite this phenomenon is less and when whitening occurs it is easier to remove by carefully warming the surface.
  • Sphera Elite settles quickly when the material is unrolled, reducing time and effort before installation.
  • Sphera Elite is bending nicely around drains, without leaving marks or cracks in the surface.
